    KRISTI A. SJOHOLM-SIERCHIO was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987. Through her diverse caseload, Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio has developed special expertise in environmental, eminent domain, real property, construction, commercial, and other complex litigation. Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio has extensive experience managing complex litigation cases at the trial and appellate level in state, federal, and bankruptcy court, and in mediation and arbitration.

    Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an Associate Fellow of The Litigation Counsel of America, charter member of the LCA’s International Institute of Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law (IINREEL), member of the LCA’s Complex Commercial Litigation Institute, and member of Mackrell International’s Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups.

    Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy at Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts, in 1978. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law Center and Master of Business Taxation from the Leventhal School of Accounting in 1987. Ms. Sjoholm-Sierchio was Publications Editor on the environmental law journal and received the Shattuck Award.
