    Parker-Holly018Ms. Parker focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including business torts, contractual disputes, real estate, public entity defense, commercial landlord breach of lease matters and general liability defense. She has provided full-service legal representation and counseling for a broad array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, retail businesses, restaurants, national property management companies, amusement park, and insurance companies in California. She also has assisted clients with regulatory and compliance matters related to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the State of California Department of Industrial Relations’ Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal-OSHA), Proposition 65 and the Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures.

    Prior to joining Bergman Dacey Goldsmith, Ms. Parker was a staff attorney for Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Century City where she counseled clients relating to commercial lease disputes, ADA compliance and unlawful detainers in California.

    Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in all courts in California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc. since 2009 and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, National Bar Association, American Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.

    Ms. Parker received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1993. While in law school, she worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk, was an intern for Warner/Chappell Music, Inc. and externed for the Honorable Valerie Baker in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ms. Parker also served on the Joseph Scott Moot Court Honors Board and competed as a member of the Traynor Moot Court Team while working as a staff member at Loyola’s Conflict Resolution Center.
